a given fact is, unexpected words of comfort never fail to lift her spirits up. albeit she tends to avoid having to deal with confrontations, extensive talks and or anything of the aforementioned, she seeks empathy more than anything. quite ironic, isn’t it? she couldn’t do anything about it, however, as she’s admittedly not an open book -- kind of like a self defense mechanism; she doesn’t want others to see what makes her falter.
grim and austere moments have been taking over on a daily basis and lately, she has just been feeling drained. not that it bothers her, though. clear as crystal that such statement uttered by the younger lass managed to flash one of the rarest curves there is -- her smile. “it’s okay, right?" silence, and then the simper widens, in hopes for her to evidently depict assurance. “we’ll be okay. we’re okay.”
Upon hearing the lad’s claim, a faint, skeptical look strikes her visage, one that is visible enough for him to quirk his eyebrows, perhaps out of mere curiosity. Within her grip was a drawing sheet, a few strokes visible on its surface that of which fairly resembles a sketch of something that even Jinkyung herself can’t distinguish. Her pet dog, Cap, with the concept of spring as its backdrop was supposed to be the outcome but much to her dismay, it didn’t go as planned. “Don’t lie to me!” As if the evident expression didn’t suffice to feign displeasure, she allows a certain portion of her features to distort – her nose and forehead, specifically, scrunching and creasing respectively. “I bet you don’t even know what this is…”
