What are the real names of the default characters names?

I might be misremembering but in the game itself (assuming you mean original Crystal Chronicles only) they don't have any.

Names are provided in supplementary material like the Ultimania concept art book and manga.

For Selkies, for example, they are Mu'Zsika (male) and Lu'Ge (female). You can wiki the rest to see more info and default names from other games.
