My children are quite difficult; like I said, they suffer from ADHD. One's 2 and the other is 5. How much experience do you have with children like this?
One of our staff is quite experienced because she has friends, who have ADD and ADHD, and she has watched over children with ADD. Another staff member is not so experienced, but has a friend with ADD, so she knows how to deal with ADD children. We hope that will be good enough, if not, we could send you one of the staff members' resume.
Special Needs? Don't Worry!
Because if a recent question, we want to tell you all that we cover children with SPECIAL NEEDS. That includes ADD, ADHD, and more mild cases of Aspergers/Autism.
If a child's case is quite severe though, or they do not meet the requirements of the age limit, we require an interview. This is just to make sure that we can take care of them so they will be safe and comfortable.
The age limit for special needs(for babysitting) is 12 years-old to 2 years-old, that way we can communicate with them.
For children without special needs(for babysitting), it 6 months to 11 years-old.

One of our staff does have experience with Autism and Aspergers, in case of worry to the parents/guardians. And all staff members have experience with ADD and ADHD.
