ok ignore me im gonna rant

i hate the mischaracterization of the riddler (2022) as much as the next person like trust me i am not a fan of him being portrayed as like an incel or a yandere or like a skinny fucking twink like i HATE THAT SO MUCH and it is not at all him but something that pmo too is when ppl portray him as this like pure evil narcissistic terrorist. like yes… he is a villain. but like did we not fucking read the same comic like. edward’s decent into becoming the riddler is slow and aching and tearing him apart. in the beginning of year one he is so soft spoken and shy and getting bullied by his coworkers- and he does what he does all in the name of justice. he has a strong sense of morality and takes initiative to do what he thinks is right/best for gotham. i lowkey think they made him a terrorist because they accidentally made him too based and they were like “shit he needs to do something evil now!!!” idk man. DON’T PMO I DONT PLAY ABOUT EDWARD NASTON AND IT DOESNT MAKE U COOLER TO THINK OF HIM AS SIMPLY EVIL & NARCISSISTIC!! HE DOES IN FACT HAVE A LITTLE SOFTNESS TO HIM OK!!!! GOD!!!
