Walked around the New Orleans’s French Quarter the day after my birthday.

Pale blue is one of my favorite colors. That’s unfortunate, because I’m blonde & I get called Alice every occasion I’m wearing pale blue.

A young boy asked me what rabbit hole I crawled out of. I thought that was worded badly but I politely pointed to an open gutter & said, “there”. He stared. Hard. I hope that kid didn’t go down there.
