I feel like punching the air rn and that's it, I'm gonna rewatch this dorama again later
I’m legally required to post this every Halloween
I actually decided to rewatch my all-time favorite J-Drama, "Itazura na Kiss: Love in Tokyo."
Honestly, I was very surprised over the fact that this drama is already 10 years old.
Which is very ahead of time, and I remember the first time I watched this when I was still, like, in middle school, when I also did not understand small details from the characters. But now, when I rewatched it again, I still fell in love with their dynamics and storyline. Like, oh boy, I just noticed the smaller details from Naoki's POV were really unexpectedly good, whether it was his jealousy or intention. Even though Kotoko doesn't always notice or realize it much because of his personality, it's still funny in its way.
One of the things that I've just realized from this series is they were also issuing life lessons about expectations from people, career switches, different paths after college, consequences from reality, and also grit. It makes me love this series more, and I'm probably going to rewatch it again later, hehe.

The Boy and the Heron
Last week, I watched the newest animated movie from Studio Ghibli, and it was The Boy and the Heron. I got myself fascinated by how different this was. It really gave us much time to think about how they wanted to send us the messages from every character and the symbolism of the stories. It was indeed spectacular and different from the previous stories that they usually tell, but they still gave us heartwarming and iconic scenes to see, whether from the food or its world-building. At some point, it's very philosophical and still makes me a tearjerker. However, it is also explained about Miyazaki's retirement because it really is connected to the successor conflict in the story.
Studio Ghibli still has its gems when it comes to the story and characters, as well as the world-building they created.
Studio Ghibi kids when they encounter a magical guide or animal: wow, amazing! I’m going to follow it and trust it.

It's October already huh?
I haven't used my Tumblr for almost. DECADE. Well, I guess I'm too overdramatic about it. It's good to be back here and then sharing my thoughts and poems so I can let out all those top-notch thoughts.
Regardless of my messy writing, at least I can still work it out well with my previous work that I've done.

Janvier’s Poetry
I left my notes on the road. The notes are too sketchy enough to understand yet too miserable to see.
I may have gone for a while, but do people care much? I may seek attention, but not for ego. I may leave things behind, but not to forget. I may leave scars on people, but to remember who I am.
Whether is hurtful or not, I hope they understand enough.
