Hey dude you are obviously doing super well following a meal plan. I'm so tempted to become a client of clevcrew too but I'm scared!!! I live with my bf and we do meals together and idk he doesn't eat that healthy and it's frustrating so I feel like my willpower would be shit and what about going out with friends? 😁😁
Well I live alone so 80% of the time I’m just cooking for one, but when Hunter comes over 2-3 nights/week we still eat the same things, just in different portions and adding in different things. For example, for dinner last night I made chicken veggie and rice bowls (my go-to lazy meal): I portioned out my rice, weighed my chicken, measured my veggies, stirred it all up, and added a little S&P as well as sriracha. Perfectly on plan. He just doesn’t measure, and adds butter, bbq sauce seperately. That way we’re both eating the meal we want, but it’s still on plan for me.
My advice would be to talk to him about it- if it’s important to you and you’re making it a priority, he should understand that and support you. You can still cook meats and veggies for both of you- just omit oil! Likewise you can cook grains for both of you, but omit butter, etc. He can always cook his meals solo if your food and his don’t overlap.
As for going out, you can still go out. Just don’t drink. It’s actually really easy to go out and not drink. Everyone loves the DD! Another option that I’ve been doing is turning down invitations to go out and drink/party, and inviting friends to come to spin class with me, or to go for coffee, or a walk. It’s still allowing you to be social and spend that quality time, but without drinking and going off plan. Also I do still drink, usually 1-2 drinks with my “planned indulgence” weekly.
Bottom line: If it’s important to you, you will find a way to do it.
Good luck! I highly recommend working with @clevcrew as she is super smart, supportive, and has helped me make so, so much progress.
I absolutely LOVED when you invited me to the spin class! I’d never done it before and I can’t believe how fun (and extremely fucking hard) it was. Thank you for that :)
I so didn't want to go to the gym yesterday after working 16 hours. Especially since I was just going to do light cardio BUT I got my Bluetooth headphones in the mail so I wanted to try them out. Love them but my workout was meh. I really need to eat more because I've been feeling so sluggish #fitness #cardiomeh
I started a beginner strength training workout and for the first four weeks I will alternate two workouts (upper and lower body) twice a week with rest days (most likely cardio). This is my upper body workout that I absolutely hate. Compared to my lower body it's extremely #weak. Working on it! #girlswholift #fitness #lchf #ketosis
Kirby is happy too.
my boys did it.
broncos won the fucking SUPERBOWL. i’m not going to lie, i was extremely nervous going into this game. the panthers had a phenomenal year. but as they say, offense sells tickets, defense wins championships and today that stands true.

SO sore
the second day after legs is the worst. and I had to shovel 4 times yesterday. my body hates loves me.
Today at therapy was really hard. I was sitting here crying, and generally being miserable, when I felt a nudge at my knee. I looked down to see that Zeus, my service dog, was doing his job… and brought me a potato. it is very hard to cry with a gift of potato.
Remember this? I’m having a rough time right now. Zeus has a solution.
That would be an empty pill bottle, the *correct* pill bottle, a bottle of embossing powder, and two, TWO potatoes.
You’re worth at least 2 potato to him and that’s pretty special imo.
I would just like to remind you all that *I don’t own any potatoes* and I have no clue where he’s getting them from.
it’s already snowed five inches in minneapolis and we’re getting at least four more
YES. FINALLY. WINTER AS IT IS MEANT TO BE.
I've already shoveled three times today. 🌨☃❄️
