Finally Freedom Foundation

We are an incorporated pending non-profit rescue located in Anderson, SC. We foster out of our homes and do not take in a high volume of animals so that we can dedicate our time to training the dogs that come into our care. Our main mission and goal here at Finally Freedom is to provide inmates (that are carefully selected) at Tyger River Correctional Institution located in Enoree, SC the opportunity to get to know, train and bond with rescued dogs from death row. Our goal is to help inmates to continue to practice patience, time management, compassion, respect for animals and their fellow inmates. These skills will help them with future job opportunities, relationships and set them up for a better future. We want to see them succeed during this program and be the best that they can be. In hopes that one day, they too will finally be free. We are still in the process of contacting that specific prison. We would not be against working in other prisons but after much research, we decided to pursue that one in particular. Wish us the best of luck as we continue to fulfill our dreams!
