Six tiny miracles, two courageous mothers, one shared recovery room. At Ziv Medical Center in Safed, a Jewish mom from Kibbutz Mahanaim and an Arab Israeli mom from Tuba-Zangariyye each gave birth to triplets—just hours apart. Two boys and a girl in each set. One planned, one emergency. All six now in the NICU, all receiving the same expert care, love, and yes—equal celebration.
