Marie pulled her hand away gently, looking elsewhere as her brows furrowed slightly. “No, Nolan.”

The way she said his name-- his proper name, stung. Nemo looked at her, brows furrowed and a small frown on his face. “Oh..” was all he could manage to say.

Marie got up from her spot on the grass and dusted herself off, moving to walk past him. “I should go.”

“Wait--!” Nemo caught Marie’s wrist before she could leave. “Do you want to come with?”

“Can we go visit their graves? It will have been 10 years..”
