My 1st 5k was Yesterday
Going clothes shopping has always been such a stressful, traumatizing, & soul sucking experience for me.😧😟😒😫
I finally mustered up the mental strength to go to the store . I tried not to think about it too much and loaded up my cart with about 15 articles of clothing . Trying not to grab my go-to items(oversized t-shirts, leggings or anything black ). Then went to the dressing room tried on, & hated almost how everything looked on me. I spent about 45 minutes doing that before I walked out the store empty handed.
I'm so over this.

Intermittent fasting?
