In light of South Swell Season 🌊 Cat's Guide for Marathon Sessions ✨ Life goes through ebbs and flows and with it, usually our diet and activity levels. 🥑💪🏼 I wanted to post this plan incorporating Isagenix products that I made for a friend for when I am at full exertion. I think other athletes can gain from this, especially women of my general height/weight/fitness. 🙋🏼 By full exertion I mean the waves are pumping and I am surfing for roughly 6 hours a day and exercising.
