You just have to be there for her. Sometimes people with depression tell themselves that the people in our lives don’t really care about us. Our mind plays tricks on us. So listen to her feelings, let her know that it’s okay to feel those things, and then remind her that you’re here for her. Also sometimes you just have to listen, sit with her and let her take control of the conversation. If she doesn’t want to talk about what she’s going through, don’t force her just give her a hug or something to show you care
