What the regular menstrual cycle feels like.

living in the moment is very hard. sometimes I am so desperate to be living in the moment and I try too hard to be hyperaware and appreciative of everything happening and to commit it to memory because I feel like if you dont remember it then it never happened. and then I become very paranoid about how sometimes my life and life in general feels very insignificant and unimportant. time is so stressful in the way it is constantly going and leaving so many things behind to disappear . I think that my dad's death is a big factor of where this fear comes from , he is someone that has completely disappeared from this earth and will never come back. he is proof that once you are gone you WILL be left behind. I have been talking to my therapist about my family's avoidance to talk about him, sometimes to the point where I feel silly for wanting to learn more. the few times he is brought up it feels very much like something you would hear at a funeral; "oh he was just such a great person/he loved you girls so much and was such a good father for the few years he had you two/he was such a charming and kind man" . it feels very surface level. I have a very hard time coming to terms that he is a big question mark in my life and no matter how hard I try to close the distance between us the distance between us in time will continue to grow.

I truly hate the idea of being pregnant and having a child. And I hate it even more when I say that and then ppl go “oh well ur gonna change ur mind when the time comes”

NO!!! The thought of having children strikes true fear into me and no matter how much time passes IM NOT GONNA WANNA HAVE KIDS!! POINT BLANK PERIOD

I went to go let my dog out in the front yard to use the bathroom and as I am doing that in my pajamas with my greasy bangs clipped back, looking chopped, THREE GIRLS FROM HIGHSCHOOL (one of them who I used to be good friends with and another one who was my childhood BEST friend) were all taking a walk together and were right in front of my house and we had a very awkward conversation filled with a lot of “oh my gosh!”’s
