Change happens when the pain of staying the same is greater than the pain of change.

Can you post a protein shake recipe? One that you've actually tried and that is actually good lol
I don't make too many protein shakes because of all the milky flavors and my tummy. But when I do I like taking a scoop (that's my personal serving, you can use however many you usually take) of chocolate protein powder, about 16oz of almond milk (it tastes better than regular milk to me) then about a tablespoon of natural peanut butter...and voila. I also take the fruit punch protein powders and mix it with half water half orange juice. That's pretty banging. As far as shakes/smoothies. I also like just making green smoothies with whatever is in the fridge fruit and veggie wise and mix it with hand fulls of spinach and kale.
