How to start a Little Journal
This post was requested by one of my followers (@princessunicorn0844). I didn’t have a little Journal until the wish to make this post, so I started one and maintain it for 1 week.
First thing: You will need a notebook. You can also make this in your phone on a cute app, or in your computer. But I think that a notebook is the best.
I chose mine in a huddle of unused notebooks (I have a problem with Stationery store). Is an old notebook that I tried to use in College, but don’t worked in the end. It’s cute and small… I think is perfect!
The next step is personalize your notebook. Put a lot of things that you like, like keychains, stickers, glitters… Let your little imagination go out and have fun! (´・ω・`)
But Bunny, what I put on my little journal?
Well, this is a really personal thing. You can put whatever you want to… But I will say to you what I put in mine already:
A description about little you (your little name, your type of regression, your little age, your favorite stuffie, your favorite color and so much more!)
A list of the sttufies that you have or that you wanna buy (you can put their names and descript their personality or story)
A list of things that make you feel little
A list of little movies and cartoons to watch
daily little updates (how you’re feeling, what you did during the day, things that you have to do, things that made you happy in the day…)
Things that you want to do alone or whit you Caregiver (if you have one)
How you feel in diferents littles age (if you don’t have a constant age, like me)
Well, you can put so much things beyond this. Let your little be expressive and when you see, you will need another journal (✪ω✪)
