That had been a bit surprising, having assumed that Alaude would have a better at the subject than himself, as his lips curled a bit trying to figure out what exactly to say. “Do you think you could just check the answer for me? I think I got it right but….” His voice trailed off, embarrassed. It wasn’t the lack of confidence but rather he didn’t want to see if the answer ended up wrong even though Tsuna had worked so hard on it. However, he noticed Alaude gazing around. “Erm… I-is there something wrong, Alaude-san?”

He turned his head away from the room, and glanced through the math problem on the paper. “... As far as I can tell, this is correct.” Though, a frown rose on his face. “You should be more organized with how you write things. With how spread out and messy your work is, it’ll be hard for you to follow when you look over it again.”

Pausing, he thought over his words, but decided not to say anything. “It’s nothing you need to know.” He could keep his opinions to himself for once.

                 Bel both did and did not know about the Vongola Primos. He knew their names ( for the most part ) but he did not know their history. When it came down to it, the Prince did not care about the history of the Vongola. When he joined the Varia as a mere child, he did so for the sake of entertainment—not to swear his loyalty for the hell of it. He’s heard rumors and legends of them, though he did not play close attention as he grew older.

               As a child, he listened with awe of the stories Lussaria shared, though his excitement died with age—and frankly, the things he heard hardly stuck to his memory. It was not a matter of ignorance, but indifference—something he had been well known for.

               When a voice had addressed him, eyes hidden beneath a curtain of blonde bangs peered toward the apparent stranger. “ Shishi ~ That’s correct. And WHO are YOU, peasant? “ There was a sardonic edge to his smile, hands clasped behind his head. Who would dare to approach a Prince without permission?

Ah - he forgot that the Storm Varia thought himself a prince. He didn’t concern himself with the Varia, so he tended to forget many things about them ... Rather, they weren’t very important, so he didn’t file them into his mental cabinet. If someone mentioned them, he’d recall it, but for the most part, he didn’t consider it very important.

How should he go about revealing himself? Well, that question entered his mind for a moment, but he threw it away after thinking about it. He was an impressively straightfoward person, so the idea was quite out of character for him.

“My name is Alaude, the first Vongola Cloud Guardian,” he spoke after a moment, glancing to the side for a moment before turning his gaze back.

"Alaude-san are you good at maths by any chance?" Tsuna wasn’t even going to blink, let alone question why the first generation Cloud Guardian was around and in his room. By this point, he had become so used to it.

“My knowledge is fair.” He was more of a literature person - his memory tended to absorb words and ideas better than numbers and formulas. “I understand it conceptually.” His eyes sweeped barely over the room, refraining from attempting to tidy up, despite how much he wanted to.

Yuni hadn’t heard the knock at the door. In fact, none of her guardians had. They were too busy arguing over something small. She was rarely alone, if you could call it that. No, there was always someone nearby. Watching her and the perimeter, ensuring the princess’s safety. She didn’t mind it so much, but sometimes it would’ve been nice to have a moment or two by herself. Still, she wouldn’t trade this life for anything in the world.

She was walking to the parlor room to check on her subjects when a voice called out. She turned, looking to the front door. Was someone there? Deciding it was best to check, in case someone WAS there, the girl opened the door and looked up at the man standing idly by. Boy, was she glad she ended up checking, otherwise this poor man would’ve been left standing there for a good long while.

“Alaude-san!” She smiled in genuine surprise. “What a nice surprise!”

Ah - he could be patient whe nhe wanted to be. Plus, it would be rather rude if he just barged in. He always knocked - even when Cavallone insisted that he could just enter. Just because Cavallone Primo didn’t need manners didn’t mean that Alaude would just disregard his own. Both out of habit, and out of precaution. It hid ... harsher parts of his personality.

“There you are,” he spoke lightly, more ot himself than to the girl in front of him. Nodding his head slightly at her response, he straightened his back slightly. “May I come in?” As much as he liked standing and being taller than others, a simple conversation would do better sitting down.

Any news of abnormality within the town of Namimori was always reported to Hibari Kyoya, even if it was concerning foreign visitors in the vicinity. He would not have cared before, but with all the arrival of mafia assassins in the past, damaging his properties and disturbing the discipline, it was only important that he set out to check on them himself.

Of course, he recognized the light-haired man at first sight. Except he was not as transparent as he thought he should be. Hibari sauntered forward, one tonfa drawn just in case.

“You.” He stopped in front of him, pointing with his tonfa. “What are you doing here?”

He glanced up without moving his head, ice blue eyes peering up from under his fringe. His lips curved down slightly, and he lifted his head to gaze up at the younger guardian, an impassive look on his face.

“What does it look like?” He responded flatly, tapping the end of his pen on his journal. It was written in light, flowing cursive, in a language that was neither English nor Italian. “I’m sitting in a public park, minding my own business.” Well, it was in Namimori, Hibari’s territory, so he had no real say in anything, but he can be as blunt with his words as he wanted. The pen was mightier than the sword - or, in this case, his mind against tonfas.

They’ve met - barely, by social standards. Alaude had seen him before, the Varia prodigy who specialized in using knives, and he didn’t doubt that the other blond had heard his name before if he was connected to the Vongola. He had no real opinion about him, the storm flame user, considering he’s never paid much attention to the Varia unless it threatened the Vongola. In his own opinion, while they were necessary and a bit wild, he didn’t deem it necessary to keep an eye on them.

But - he couldn’t deny that he was inquisitive about them. After all, they were of Nono’s make, and while he might not agree with everything the Vongola boss had done, he had to admit that most of them were sound decisions.

Letting out a light sigh, he shook his head. Lifting his sight from where he was staring contemplatively at the ground, he gazed at the other blond with piercing blue eyes.

“You are Belphegor, of the Varia.” Not a question, but more of a statement.
