I think that T.Rex Arms is doing an amazing job in regards to their online presence especially on social media like Instagram. They post images of their products and videos of them using their products on their Instagram page where they have over 400 thousand followers and on their YouTube account where they have a massive following of over one million subscribers. They are very active in interacting with their customers and fans on their multiple platforms about any questions that they might have about not only the products they make and sell, but other companies’ products that they think are great. I think that one way that they could improve their efforts in social media is that they could post their products more instead of posting about other companies products.
