hi everyone!

just wanted to pop on and give a little message:

so. sorry for inactivity, but it's important to remember that i am a busy guy who has things going on in his personal life.

that being said, checking this account is pretty low on my priory list (i check my oc ask blog ( @stars-mischief ) more often, and even that's been very sparingly lately)

so, don't worry if you send an ask and it isn't answered immediately (or at all. sometimes tumblr eats them and gives me ghost notifications.. like rn i have 2 eaten asks 😞)

i love writing for willy & portraying him (i hope you guys like it, too) but like i said, not the top of my priorities right now.

i will not be abandoning this account or the ask blog scene, i'll just be... very very inactive. i mean, i'll still check in occasionally so feel free to send anything (as long as it doesn't go against the rules or my boundaries!)

so yeah. time sensitive asks (like pertaining to holidays and whatnot) will likely not be answered unless i happen to check them on that specific day, but that's very unlikely.

like i said, you can still send things, just don't be surprised if it's like a month before you get a response LOL

also editing portraits is really hard. i mean. this guy has a grand total of... four canon portraits so a lot of them have to either be made by myself (or graciously made for me by the wonderful sheepkebby) and having to make new portraits takes a lot of creative effort from me, which makes me less likely to do it.

eventually, i'll rework some of the ones i've already made but that's somewhere in the far far distant future (if at all)

TLDR: pip is a loser and rarely checks this account. he isn't abandoning it nor is he leaving the askblog scene, he's just really busy and any asks sent will be gotten to. Honestly? It's mostly a.. "if ya can catch it, ya can eat it" deal..

Typically, I catch me a meal an' cook up something real special.

Err.. Aye.. I tend to get a little tired of fish, though..

Sometimes I'll stop on local islands an' see if I can forage up something edible.

It.. uh..

Usually doesn't go very well.

The door to the fish shop creaks open and a rather tall person with pulled back shoulder length hair stumbles in. There are several small crabs crawling from a cooler of fish onto their body, but they seem to pay them no mind. Hey, Willy, right? My name's Apollo. I heard you're the fisherman in this town. I assume you buy fish too, right? They push one of the crabs to the side and pick up a nice sized salmon, holding it with both hands. The salmon has several bite marks, like from an animal, but otherwise it's in perfect condition.

Don't mind the crabs, by the way. I'm not so great with those traps and these are much too small anyway. I have plans on putting them back after this.

Anywho, I have some salmon, trout, catfish... a bunch of stuff you can take a look at if you want. - 🐾

Aye, I buy an' sell fish - along with anythin' you might need, like a rod or a bobber.

I don't know much about birdin', but I do know that cardinals mean optimism and - depending on how else you look at it - the presence of loved ones who've passed.

No matter how ya look at it, or the symbolism behind it, it's still a beauty.

I saw a fish eat a fish once in a pet tank at a ill run pet store. it was....interesting

i had a pet fish who did this once..

well. several times actually..

let's just say it went from a full tank to just him in like. days.

Pip, they don't need t' know that, son.

Certain fish breeds'll do that, ya know?

Strange as it may seem, there are lots of fish who enjoy eatin' other fish, though most aren't meant to be kept as pets..

Best ya can do is keep 'em separate from any other types, I suppose..

Oh, and make sure ya get an auto cleaning filter... Can't have algae eaters in there with em, can ya?
