I devour the four Shane fics you have out multiple times daily 🕺🕺🕺 on a side note based on Luau Day: When would you say Shane started thinking about the farmer in that way? And did he accept it? Because lowk I feel like he'd be the type to be in denial for a while.

I see the action in this series taking place during the farmer’s second summer. She spent a lot of time at the saloon during the winter when things were slow. Shane spent a lot of time in her vicinity and was immediately drawn to her, but cast it in a “holy shit I’m such a creep I suck” kind of light instead of a “I am attracted to this person both physically and emotionally and deeply crave her attention and care.”

And of course because he’s Shane he’s not going to be, like, measured about it. Lots of pushing her away while fantasizing in a way that made him feel like even more of a loser. Fodder that piled onto the downward spiral he was already in, which culminated in heart events/his eventual turn towards healing.

So in denial for sure, but more of the “I’m attracted to this person but my attraction is an inherently negative thing because I am an inherently negative force in the world so therefore I need to cast it in the most depraved light possible and do everything I can to push this person away.” Cause, y’know, Shane.

I may need to write this…

Hmmm, I don't think I've actually married one of our lovely ladies yet, I think though, that the first Bachelorete to interest me was Haley, I'm pretty sure that in an old save of mine I got to 10 hearts with her, something happened though, and I had to delete that save :'(

😘 - Favourite Villigar

For non-marriage candidates, I think maybe Vincent, he's such a sweetheart, and I'd honestly die for him, Demitrius and Jodi have grown on me a lot though. For marriage candidates, probably Sam, he cares so much about Vincent, and as someone with siblings, seeing such a healthy relationship between siblings really makes me happy!!

😒 - Least Favourite Villager

For non-marriage candidates, I think Clint, I know he can be awesome, but once you lose that chance, it's impossible, and it annoys me a lot, Lewis is a close second though, he's well... Lewis afterall. For marriage candidates, it's probably Elliott, if only because I find it so hard to gain hearts with him, so I guess because of that I haven't really had the chance to get to know him

🗻 - Mushroom Cave or Fruit Bats

Mushroom Cave all the way baby!! I love mushrooms, they're one of my favourite things to eat :D Another point in the mushroom caves favour is that you get mushrooms more regularly than fruit from the bats, and once you've got fruit trees it kinda makes the bats useless imo
