thanks :) I use wacom drawing tablet and art rage. My dad used to eat olive oil raw but I prefer eat it with food.
Drizzle it over salad or mix it into salad dressing.
Use in marinades or sauces for meat, fish, poultry, and vegetables.
Drizzle over cooked vegetables.
Use instead of butter or margarine as a healthy dip for bread.
Replace butter with olive oil in mashed potatoes or on baked potatoes.
Coating fish or chicken with olive oil before grilled or frying
But I recently heard that you need to skip olive oil if you're cooking over high heat because olive oil has a lower smoke point and When you heat olive oil to its smoke point, the beneficial compounds in oil start to degrade, and potentially health-harming compounds form.
I just got a magic bullet, do you think it will make the smoothies smooth enough? even when i put the spinach and other veggies in it?
Of course it will. Mine just an ordinary blender and it still can blend veggies and fruits perfectly. Make sure you add some creamy base for your smoothie xx

The foods on your blog are very diverse. Where do you find all of these different recipes? My main problem is that I live with my parents and I am limited on the control I have over grocery shopping so the more simple the better. But I am open to new things.
Sometimes I found a healthy and simple recipe on the internet or it just came from my mind. I still live with my parents too. Just tell your parents that you want to live healthier, they will understand it. The hardest part of living with your parents is to resist the super delicious but sinful foods they bought........
do you know any natural ways to get rid of stretchmarks? I'm a guy that was once overweight. Now i have lost alot of weight but the reminder of my past is gridded over areas of my stomach and arms. it's demoralizing and sometimes makes me think what's the point of being healthy. Nothing works. Help!
Congrats on your weight loss dude ! Stretch marks are caused by lack of collagen and elastin and I think you cannot remove stretch marks permanently but you can make them less visible by use cocoa butter, shea butter, vitamin E and don't forget to keep hydrated. Keep up the good work !!!

I'm trying to loose weight, Im a chronic emotional over eater and at this point seriously obese. I have been eating healthier but lately i have been craving mushrooms. Constantly sauteed, on pizza, in eggs, on sandwiches, in soups. Everything i eat i want mushrooms on. What the hell is up with that
Mushroom are healthy food. Mushroom contain vitamin D, B1, B2, B5, B9, antioxidant, mineral like calcium, iron, zinc. In most cases, food cravings are signs of hormonal imbalance caused by a lack of healthy nutrition, so maybe you lack in one or more of these nutrient. I ate one wheat bread toast and an orange after working out is that okay ? :)
Is important to consume carbs and protein after a workout. Is okay :) as long as you eat the good carbs like whole wheat bread instead the white bread, but you need to avoid fats after a workout because it tends to slow down the digestion process which means that it takes more time for your body to get the proteins and carbs that it so badly needs.
I ate frozen half coined banana after a workout for an hour is that okay? cuz im not really hungry and thats the only thng i can stomach at that time :( ate a big pre workout meal so not hungry at all
Nah that's ok !!! In fact your body need a carbs and protein after a workout. And banana is good to eat after a workout because your glycogen store are depleted and muscle needs quick supply of refills from carbs, just make sure you eat some protein too :)

Well if you want to stay away from jigly fat arm you need to start workout your bicep and tricep and keep eating healthy balanceed food. And this is my sugesstion :
1. Stop eating crap food
stop eating processed food which high in saturated fat, trans fat, and high in calories but less in vitamin.
2. Cardio cardio cardio !!
cardio is best for a calorie and fat burning. You can do a long period cardio or high intensity cardio.
3. Workout your arm of course !
Start lifting weight, do a push up etc. maybe this will help
20 minute arm workout
so long, spillover spots
15 minute rm workout
top 10 arm moves

Hi, I just started following your blog and I think it's great and useful. I know I binge but I never realize it til later and the emotional eating part I didn't think was true but I guess I just didn't want to admit it. But I have another issue that keeps me away from exercising, which I really do love to do I mean I was athletic in high school. Anyways, my issue is that I have eczema. I just wondered if you know anybody with a problem like mine. If not it's cool, thanks :)
I’m so sorry for a very late reply. Omg I have eczema too !!!!!! The doctor said that I was allergic to gluten, so I take my medication and remove gluten in my diet and everything went good. I don’t know if it work for you, you can email me anytime [email protected] xx
