Wow it’s been a minute. @scottiehobbs a great friend through the years threw this workout up on his profile and I was like holy shiz it’s been a hot minute since I worked out with @shaunt and friends. I even remember @bearded_vet_fitness in this workout. Anyway I wanted to test myself, yes I took a knee a couple time, but I stuck to it and my lungs were on🔥, but it felt amazing. It felt rewarding knowing that this 45 year old can still hang a workout that humbles most athletes. I dare ya to test yourself this week.
