Soon I think! I have been struggling with content ideas/ have been in Hawaii for 17 days!

What workout plan are you using

I am currently using a running guide (C25K- couch to 5k) which is 3x a week! On the other 4 days I do either a combo of ab workouts for 30 mins or walk 5k!

But! To be 100% honest, right now I am on vacation and am working out when I can!
