🌈My new journey begins, I’ve always struggled with weight loss but let’s be honest who doesn’t?! I’ve always put myself down because i don’t see results quick enough and suddenly give up but enough is enough, I need to find myself again, I need to feel healthier and be able to show my children to embrace their body and learn the healthy ways to live life and still enjoy favorite foods, with having a balance of it all. That’s my goal 🥅 for this year, I’m not going to stress out about not getting thin enough, I just want to feel good about myself again and I’m ready to make that happen with hard work 😓

🏋🏽Got a workout in with these kiddos 💜 plus they kept rooting me on and doing it with me, what more can I ask for, I got cute little humans cheering me on🙌🏽 How awesome is that?! I love showing them how to exercise and have fun with it 😂

It’s making small goals and working towards it daily that will show the difference in how you feel!
