Progress report

Day 1: I missed my log for yesterday but thankfully it was just running, so I ran 2.5 miles yesterday Day 2: just found out I wasted money on my gym membership. I had one of the most intense workouts ever, in my very own basement. Back and Bi's. and I was sweating like a pig pumping out sets. Down fall of working out at home is that I'm very limited on equipment. I'm thinking I'm gonna start some progress pictures soon. Trying to keep track of my meals.

In order to stop thinking about her, I'm gonna have to think about my self.

No longer going to the gym with a buddy. Got my self a duffel bag, and packing it with my gym stuff the night before, and heading there right after work. Main focus is shredding fat and "looking bigger" not so much strength building... (yet) just wanna look fit. Goal is to run a total of 10 miles for the first week. Shouldn't be too hard for a former 400meter track runner. Weekend are a little complicated so weekend might be my rest day. Gonna try and just make it Sunday as rest day.
