Any good work out ideas for the butt and thighs ?
Insanity!!!! Nothing makes my legs more sore! Otherwise I like running on incline which targets your butt. Otherwise do some squats and lunges!

Been "too busy" to workout in a month....get my appendix out....upset that I can't workout....
…And yes it is a challenge. But we will do it together.
It is so hard. But I’m definitely on my way to being back on track!

hey, so iv'e been really busy lately and find that I don't have time to prepare any good and nutritious food, so I go to the pantry and come pack with chips or biscuits because it's quick, it's always junk food. Can you recommend any healthy snacks? :)
You can grab fruits and veggies from the fridge just as easy and grabbing junk food from the pantry :) don't buy any more of that junk food and you won't be tempted. Out of sight, out of mind. Drink a glass of water before you go for a snack, wait 10 minutes and then decide if you are still hungry!
I currently weigh 130 lbs. I understand this isn't so bad, despite the fact that I'm 5'0 tall. I have 1 month until I have to shop for school again, and I'd like to lose 10 lbs. within the month. Do you have any suggestions for diets and/or exercise routines that I could consider?
Insanity! I'm obsessed with it. You may not be able to walk for a few days because you are so sore but it's worth it ;)
why did you figured out the hard way that you can't live with 300 calories per day ? what happened? sorry for being curious :S xo Julia
I developed multiple eating disorders. Thought I was just fine eating that much.
