I laugh, I love, I hope, I try, I hurt, I need, I fear, I cry. And I know you do the same things too, so we're not that different, me and you. I am just an average girl trying to find her place in the world... I think I am destined for much more than this, and that my body is capable of so much more with the right focus and determination. Not only am I getting stronger and fitter with each workout, I am shedding my fat, fears and doubts. Welcome to my fitness blog!

Still fighting

Yes, I’m still struggling with my weight, mind and self acceptance. 

Yes, some of my pictures might be considered ‘thinspo’, but it helps me to stay on task. I don’t deny that I have issues with an eating disorder; but I hope to overcome it. 

I want to try and be more positive, post more positive things, but obviously I’m going to have my off days. 

So no judgement.
