***Spoilers from Network***
I flew to NYC for literally the weekend to see Network on Broadway & I loved it so much, I saw it twice (PLUS watched the outside scene live (took a bunch of bursts and converted them into vids), thanks to a crew member [I’m not sure who though, unfortunately] who told me the best place to stand/watch.)
The 1st night I had stage seating which is such an experience! To be on stage while the cast/crew warm up, set up, & get ready is so fascinating, & to be apart of the show/make my broadway debut was so fun! I knew to “lean into it” from Barzin Akhavan & his livestream in which he’s does for EVERY SHOW, it’s an amazing BTS & he’s such an amazing person & so great as Jack Snowden/Warm-Up Guy, he can really can get a crowd going!
Everyone was so wonderful & the food/drinks were amazing. Some of the cast comes out & signs/takes pictures, which is so generous.
I’m so thankful to have gotten see & to talk w/ Tatiana Maslany (again), who was the main driving force of me wanting to see the show. I’m a huge fan of hers, obvs, @orphanblack changed my life & she is like my fave person. Such an amazing actor, in Network you can really feel Diana’s want/how driven she is. She is chameleon & always finds the heart/humanity of a character, watch all her work, truly! PLUS she is such a giving/loving person. #QueenBee 💗
Bryan Cranston is so phenomenal, I can’t even articulate. I got so emotionally invested & was a mess, in the best way possible. #Poppa
Tony Goldwyn, the moral compass. Damn do you feel his conflict. #Puff
Network will blow your mind. There so much going on & the set is ridiculous. I watched it twice & got a different experience both times, but that might be thanks to Bill Timoney for giving some fun facts & things to watch out for. Everyone is fantastic & execute the most intricate tightrope routine flawlessly. Please go see it before it closes on June 8th. You won’t be disappointed, it deserves all the awards! ♥️
