Some think in terms of more economic growth, more materialism, more technology, more industries, more cities, more new gadgets and reaching more planets as being futuristic. My idea of futuristic would be back to nature to a simple unstressed lifestyle, houses built more into the earth to preserve nature, a fully ecological and permacultural life-style with zero-waste attitudes in order to save mother earth, and letting the other creatures on earth live the way they want to. And last but not least: a more sharing and caring attitude among humans.
