Ah, so the King had assumed correctly. Swirling his unfinished and momentarily forgotten drink in its glass and he listened to the other with obvious interest. Many had thought that the king did not have much interest in technology, but it seemed that his father interest had passed down onto him and a snow-white eyebrow arched in curiousity. “Miscreants? What sort of miscreants, if I might ask?”
"Well, I'm sure not everybody in your village is as lovely as yourself." The man said before his face lost all signs of amusement. He paused for a moment, pondering on how he could explain the situation as quickly and easily as possible without spending too much time on the matter. "I presume you've seen your fair share of thieves, outcasts and the like? It's quite like that, certain groups of citizens who cause trouble in this city and violate our streets with no care for the law. Those are the types of miscreants I want erased from this beautiful, gleaming city."
