I am back!

I know I haven’t been active for a VERY long time :((((

I lost motivation to run this blog, but for some time now I have been missing this blog. Since I myself am working hard to lose fat and gain muscle again, I think running this blog would motivate me to work ever harder! 

I am studying physiotherapy too, now. It is tightly connected to healthy lifestyle and I love getting to know new information every day! I am very interested in the topic of eating and training the right way, more than I have ever been before, so I hope I can help you more and get new information from you guys too!
