Almost all the orphans are killed.Only Nageki (13 years old) and Hitori (18 years old) survive.
They later move into an apartment together while Hitori tries to find a doctor to treat Nageki.

Nageki (16 years old) enrolls at St. Pigeonations. He is burning.
Hitori (21 years old) meets Kazuaki (20 years old), murders him by tricking him into committing suicide, and steals his identity.
2186: Hitori becomes a teacher at St. Pigeonations under Kazuaki's name
2188: The Hatoful Boyfriend main route occurs. The Holiday Star AU occurs during the winter of this year.

2183: Kazuaki fails his college exams. His neighbor suddenly dies, and he runs outside in a panic. After meeting Hitori, Kazuaki decides he wants to live, and begins studying in earnest.
2188: Hatoful Boyfriend main route. Shrine visits, Kyoto tour, web novels, etc. occur in lieu of BBL. In this AU, the original Kazuaki is class 2-3′s homeroom teacher. All is well, everyone lives, nothing hurts.

2177: Ryuuji dies (27 years old). Isa is 15-16 years old.
2180: Heartful House Incident
Ryouta (8 years old) and Hiyoko happen to pass by the Heartful House orphanage. A suspicious partridge (18 years old) promises to grant them a wish.
2188: The events of the Hatoful Boyfriend main game occur.
