Twigs, nowadays. Just being around her and being a part of a meaningful relationship gives him a different and more grounding sort of confidence in himself than he’s had before (though he’s never really suffered from a lack of it).

Yes and he gets paid for it if he wins $$$$street boxing$$$$

Not really. He usually benefits from showing off a little bit, because there aren’t that many people that want to mess with him. And he sees it as better to be honest about his abilities in case people don’t want anything to do with all that fire business.))

((Akira: He’d spar with her definitely but also thinks that her opinions about personal strength are kind of warped. To him, refusing to admit that you need help or a break and then being forced to accept it later is the worst sort of embarrassment, one he’d rather not other people experience either. He’s a brusque and simple dude but he keeps his pride in check; then again, he doesn’t run a syndicate, so what does he know? He’d keep it to himself. Most likely.
Jaime: He hasn’t really interacted with Jaime but he thinks he’s a cool dude. Similar views about politics and schmoozing for ulterior motives, that sort of thing. They should go ingest terrifying levels of alcohol together
