Keeping your Wall Hangings Straight
Decorating your interior space is challenging enough to give you a slight headache. The challenges range from selecting the right furniture, floor coverings, and, curtains to wall hangings. The latter process is even longer since you have to flip through various styles and colors to find a match for your personality, furniture and, décor.
As if that is not exhausting enough, you realize that your wall art is crooked. You feel like you are banging your head against the wall. It sucks, right? Do not worry you can easily resolve this.
The first thing to do is to inspect the wall hanging hardware. Take it down and flip it around. Then tighten and secure the hardware and put it back.
Next, some wall arts get crooked when hung using a hanger attached to a nail on the wall. To rectify that, drive a nail on both sides of the original nail. This will fasten and keep your wall hanging in place. That said, wall hangings should not damage or interfere with any upholstery fabrics in the house. Ensure the hanging also blends in easily with existing décor or furniture.
Finally, for tapestry or fabric wall hangings, attach a two-sided adhesive on the back of the wall art. Then press your wall hanging to the wall and boom! You have a straight hanging wall art. You do not have to reposition it again.
