Guzmaโs eyes grow fixated on her hand, long enough to notice the elegant details of the mega stone latched on a ring in one of her slender digits. Then, his gaze is peek-like as they swim upward at the peonies that were her optics. She wasnโt complaining, nor rushing him, is this what patience looks like? A dream-like sigh can be heard, the sound of no longer being unburdened, the sound that Atlas couldโve created if a friend aided him in the struggle of carrying the globe. A friend that, perhaps, he could be too.
