Ok I have a real problem I just want some advice without people knowing me please. I have this friend we chat send picture back and forth and sometimes or conversation just ends with them saying I hate myself. And i hate that they say that but I don't know how to respond anymore. Like it sometimes seems to me that they want to mock it they are serious and than not. I'm getting angry at them like super mad.

Okay well, if someone you know is doing anything that upsets you, especially a friend, you have to make sure to communicate that with them. If you do, and they still don’t get it, or continue to upset you, maybe consider taking a break from communications with them. Take a few days, or even a week or two, to allow yourself reflect with a cool mind, and come back with a different game plan about how you want to proceed with your friendship.

If they are real friends, they will understand and support you needing a little bit of you time. And if they don’t- then they aren’t real friends, and I’m sorry. But in the long run, it’s best to weed out fake friends.

I need help. I’m... not in the best of spots right now. The short end is, I am facing homelessness really soon, and I need outside help to not be.

Okay so the longer story is I was living with my grandparents, but they’re very transphobic, and as a trans woman in the Deep South of USA, my safety was no longer something I could guarantee. I was living with them because I can not live alone due to my autism simply making that impossible. I am now thankfully living with my partner. He was living with family but recently similar issues came up with his family who was helping house him and he was evicted. So he ended up being taken in, temporarily, by his cousins family, really sweet people, who extended the same warm welcome to myself. For the first time in my life people in the real world are calling me She/her/Sarrah and I’m beyond happy about that... However, we were given a deadline to find a place. And, good news? We did. Nice home, great neighbourhood, close to partner’s hometown, affordable best of all. Bad news? The down payment to get it is more than I currently have. I had a savings account that had yet to be moved over to a local bank, and it turns out- I wasn’t the only one taking from it. I should have a few thousand stored up for exactly what I’d need it for, but I found out today that I... no longer do. My grandparents’ names were still on my account, as they were my guardians. Large withdrawals have been made, And not by me. I was unaware of them until now. I need help, please...

The generic Adrenaclick will cost $109.99 for two doses, compared with $649.99 for the same amount of drug in an EpiPen. That’s good news, both for financial and safety reasons: STAT reported last year that some parents and institutions had begun filling up syringes with epinephrine as a cost-cutting measure, a DIY solution that could pose great risk to the children who may have eventually needed injections. A more affordable alternative will help ensure safer epinephrine injections.

That’s assuming, though, that the people who need these devices know exactly what to ask for when they’re sitting in their doctors’ offices. Otherwise, they’ll still be stuck with the overpriced product. Here’s why: The mechanism by which Adrenaclick injects the drug is slightly different from EpiPen’s mechanism, so the Food and Drug Administration has ruled that the two are not therapeutically equivalent. That distinction is important because it means a prescription for an EpiPen cannot be filled with Adrenaclick. If you want the cheaper option, you have to have an Adrenaclick prescription.

You must ask your doctor for an Adrenaclick prescription!

I also found a coupon from Impax on 0.15mg and 0.3mg epinephrine injection, USP auto-injectors, which appear to be the generic version of Adrenaclick; these coupons cover up to $100 per pack for 3 packs of these injectors (6 total injectors).

Some customers may be automatically eligible for $100 off the retail price thus only paying $10 for a pack, but this may be good backup for those who for whatever reason do not meet those requirements.
