olive oil.
the extra virgin, cold pressed kind.
one table spoon everyday for a week.
then two table spoons every day for a week.
then three, every day forever.
then I will see what will happen.
maybe nothing. maybe everything.
I can't imagine how it would hurt to try.

I think I might have an autoimmune disease.
I am not self diagnosing, but I also don't think it would be a bad idea to adjust my lifestyle anyway.
I can't keep ignoring the fact that I keep getting mystery illnesses that last weeks at a time. I can't keep ignoring that I live half my life with a low grade fever. I have to do something. whether I have some sort of underlying disease or I've been neglecting my health for too long, I don't know. but I do know that whatever is happening isn't sustainable and I'm running out of energy, like a battery that can't fully charge anymore.
eventually I will be able to see a doctor, until then I think I'm going to attempt to strictly enforce an anti-inflammatory diet and lifestyle within my modest budget and keep a fever log and symptom diary. if things go well, maybe I can finally get back to feeling normal again. if they don't, maybe I'll see a doctor anyway and figure out the cost later.
anyway. I'm still trying to get back to normal. how many years has it been since I started saying that? haha...
oh well.
