After catching an awful sunburn on a boat 5 days ago, its started to blister and is still red raw. Just went into a pharmacist who prescribed me this, said it looked a 2nd degree burn🙃 he laughed when he saw it and said “this is not a normal burn, just keep out of the sun from now on”. So my dream of having a beautiful golden tan is over, I have succomed to always being a white 👻. I. AM. Beautiful day recharging in Nature 💞 Swam in hot springs, explored the jungle and saw some unreal natural lagoons (not been edited in any way) and then visited a Tiger temple and @edam993 climbed 1,269 steps to the top for the insane views and the monkeys. Finished this book in less than a day, its absolutely incredible. None of the twee self help stuff you sometimes get (though it has a place), just a professional researcher using scientific findings to explain human beings, how we work, and how we can better ourselves. Put on my big girls pants and faced a fear today! The pics do not do this justice by any means, but today we climbed the steepest hill I’ve ever seen and the final tower (arrow) had these stairs that were so so tiny and almost vertical and every time I looked down my vertigo was craaaaaazy and I almost decided I would live there permanently🙃however with some encouraging words from my love (and a couple of friendly tourists) I did it!
