Achieved by simply adding a few spices (Pimento, nutmeg and cinnamon).. This mixture id potent and absolutely Delish!! Caution, it will knock you out in record time. Perfect for sleepless nights. Another favorite is a mixture of mint and dark chocolate. This is the purrrrfect drink to calm my nerves. Take a roast bag, put onions, tomatoes,hohos (bell pepper), mushrooms, some meat or poultry,spices,oil and sauces( i used sweet chilli and some homemade bbq sauce) and toss it in the oven. Today in the #Utopian_Kitchen... Freshly bakes carrot cake... #UtopianTip I had an excess if carrots.. And a host if choices to choose from.. I coulda made a carrot and beef casserole, or a veggie stir fry or carrot and sweet corn rice to serve with a spicy stew but i opted for carrot cake..
