Week 4: Essence of the Musical
GUYS STFU THE DEITY HIMSELF CAN SING!
Little miss perfect the musical is about a young girl coming of age and realizing she is queer. She fights a lot of internal homophobia and fear. While most the songs are posted the musical has not been fully adapted yet. This would be revolutionary for LGBT youth trying to find their place in the world.

Week 6: Wishful Thinking
kara deserved to kiss her soulmate
when i tell ya this is the shit im sensitive about
Kara and Lena dance around each other for most of their friendship. the closer they got the more obvious it is that they are definitely meant to be together. there was some information leaked that they cut a kiss scene from the last finale but there is no evidence to support it.

Week 8: Queer Paradigms of Masculinity
Queer representation of males in the modeling world is very sparse especially representation of those men with Asian descent. Bretman Rock is the first gay man to be put on a Playboy cover. “There are some glorious precedents for thinking of homosexuality as truly disruptive—as a force not limited to the modest goals of tolerance for diverse lifestyles...” (“The Gay Absence” Leo Bersani) Bretman is constantly belittled or seen as too feminine especially because of his love of makeup. However he does not let that affect how he is and he still does things that are considered masculine like making workout videos. He loves what he does and the way he lives his life and that will never change.
As the first out gay man to cover the magazine, especially during Filipino American History Month, Bretman Rock is continuing to defy gender norms and use his massive social platform to not only break down barriers for LGBTQ inclusion in the industry, but also inspire so many other LGBTQ Filipinos who have been underrepresented in fashion, modeling, and across media
