Hello again, i haven't posted in a while so I thought what better way to make a come back than throwing random Corabug Au I've been drawing whitout context >:3
Okay... Maybe some context.
1. First drawing is part of the Corabug Doraemon au I posted a while ago.
2. A fem Corabug centaur au featuring Unicorn Corazón and Dragon Buggy
3. Murder drones Corabug with murder drone corazon, worker drone Buggy and absolute solver user baby pill Law.
4. Alt of 3 but in black and white.
5. A Au I have been thinking about with good boy dog Corazón, street cat Buggy, sick Law and orphan Baby 5 trying to save a life going against everything she knows just to make the right choice.
I wanted to animate, so I animated and things happened, it's not the best, I don't animate ╮(. ❛ ᴗ ❛.)╭ but i liked it so here for your Corabug cravings.
This is a AU vaguely positioned after Corazón 'death' (He didn't die) with the added bonus of Baby 5.
It has Spanish subtitles because I was showing a friend but the audio is in English ( ╹▽╹ )
These two make me mushy inside, I love both of them so much. For some cute imaginery I would say to listen to "To the other side" Covered by Annapantsu in YouTube because it just hits me a lot like them.
So apparently I can't see anything withouth it somehow turning Corabug, which okay fine, this is my life now apparently good to know. Anyway I present to you Fem Corabug version Who framed Roger rabbit.
With a little extra of Pre teen Law and his favorite clown.
I really love Buggy to be honest, she is just one smug little clown with her hot tall, clumsy, Wife and her wife's soon to be teenager son that absolutely would cut of her arm before spending more than a few second together but who has to somehow help clear her name because he is the only capable person apparently.
What do you get when you mix one piece with pokemon?
I've always liked the pokemon couple poses that trainers had so being able to use on made me really happy.
They are on vacation and are happily married no i don't hear suggestions.
Apart of course imagining what pokemon teams Buggy and Corazon would have which was also fun.
I did look for a few ideas for reference but they didn't convince totally so here's my take.
Prismarina it was his first pokemon, a gift from the Rogers they got along like a house on fire and now older are both a pair of drama queens.
Buggy:
Spoink, have you ever noticed how dark his Pokedex entry is? (Of he stops jumping he does) Anyway he likes shiny things and him and Buggy may have more than one dispute about the shiniest pearls and doing tricks but who doesn't.
Banette because Buggy is incredible petty and Banettes eat negative emotions, Buggy is basically a five star meal most of the time, there's also the thing that they are always searching for there missing child the one that abandoned them (they kind of wants vengeance but shush) and it kind of reminded me of Buggy and Shanks, the bittersweetness of loving someone, longing for someone and hating them at the exact same time. He is particularly mischievous and alongside mew are a flashy combinations beware when you see them together because pranks and disaster follow.
Vaporeon, looks like a clown and just feels right, she enjoys doing tricks a lot to, it's also a contrast to Rosinante Leafeon.
Mew, yes he has a legendary Pokemon, does he know that? Nope, no idea, it's just the flying rat that has been following him since he was young, Mew finds him very amusing and fun sadly she isn't much help when it comes to danger because she thinks it's all a joke, she is however pretty overprotective of Buggy when it comes to the water though at least once she understood it dangerous for him, of course for this he nearly drowned one to many times but who is counting.
Chansey which he meet after his father death, she gave one look to the small traumatized, underfeed child and said mine, she has a lot of work with how clumsy Corazón gets but she wouldn't change her trainer for the world.
Richi also exist in this universe as a male alpha Pyroar, alpha pokemon tend to be bigger than normal pokemon and Richie is really large. Though he isn't in Buggy team, he is Mohji pokemon.
Corazón pokemon consist of:
Spinda he saw Corazón tumbling one time and he was just like a brother from another mother, they tend to tumble around together even if Corazon tumbling is more involuntary thanks to his clumsiness.
Leafeon has suffered more than one accidental burn but not thanks to Corazon it's mostly because he tries to turn of the fire he creates though and he ends up crisped in the process.
Dragonite they have been together since he saw the little Dratini and decided to take it with him, he is very peaceful and caring.
No Corazon doesn't have a Luvdisc regardless of how many he has in his clothes.
Talking about pokemon got me curious about what pokemon other though fitted them so if you have any ideas feel free to share them :D
The doll that Buggy is holding is a litleo the pre evolution of Pyroar.
And the pokemon that Law is grabbing even if you only see the ends is Drifloon. They kidnap kids apparently seem familiar (I am looking at you Rosi)
Okay have you ever done something so self indulgent you think you actually need to explain it.
Well i did, i did a whole Au because of some honestly delusional type thoughts.
BUT if you actually read you may see where I'm coming from.
Sincerely if you take away the randomness of it you may find a incredible Au idea, a really wacky au with time travel, dimension hopping and forced found family left and right. Sounds awesome doesn't it.
Yet in every place there has to be a start and well this is kind of me rambling and being a conspire about how my favorite childhood movies prepared me to ship corabug but I also explain the Au so if you're ready let's go.
So let's say I tell you I have a character he has blue hair, large red nose, has a complex about his appearance and has streak of good bad luck.
Who am I talking about?
Buggy you say?
This guy?
Yeah?
No, actually no I am talking about this baby here.
They both have blue hair (Well plastic? For Doraemon but you get it)
They both have large red noses (Doraemon jus has a big head for his nose)
They both have a complex about there apereance, Buggy with his nose, Doraemon with being mistaken for a raccoon (He is robot cat! The best one to!)
And well about there luck they both kind of live out of coincidences even if Doraemon tends to have a better luck.
So you are going to say okay you have a taste for favorite characters, whats the problem?
And I will say have patience my little grasshopper for I still have not finished.
Doraemon has a girlfriend, or well his first love, Noramyako.
Now she looks like this now.
And well there's not really anything similar to Corazon right? This was about Doraemon having codded me to like Corabug and apart from the pink they don't really look similar do they?
Well i never saw this Noramyako, I saw the one from the special the begining of Doraemon.
And she looked like this.
And well now she is pink and tall (I love this design, she is a dancer and she looks so pretty when she spins, Doraemon also only gets up to her waist which honestly Corabug right there)
it's way more coincidences than my brain needed (Apart i think it's funny she is gracious and he is clumsy has they come, opposites but similar, and both cuties that could probably kill you! What else do you need?! Nothing that's what.)
I could also mention Doraemon was blonde at the start? And Buggy is posible going to be blond (I'm not up to date with the manga but i did see some people mentioning it and drawing it)
That being said, Doraemon has one of the wackiest type worlds to exist (I'm basing myself in the movies has I have never seen the series)
There is time travel (Doraemon is from the future, apart that they always jump in time)
Dimension hopping (No that much but the amount of time they end in random ass no way is this earth type things is pretty high)
A wacky timeline that constantly jumps around (They have broken there timeline a lot of times but nothing ever happens so ┐(￣ヘ￣)┌)
And a lot of convenient artifacts from the future with so many cool uses.
There also a time mafia, a time police and ect.
So if I said there is a way to put the usual madness of one piece in to Doraemon it's because I can.
But how?
Drum rolls please.
Time pirates!
So to transverse time they use a type of machine that flies through space. Why not make it a ship, can you imagine robbing all types of items from all types of places and time periods? Wouldn't that be awesome!
All while traveling with flying ship? (Like the treasure planet movies ones)
Yes It would and you are right.
Apart from that having a lot of liberties timeline wise because there is the time travel gimmick.
Things happening in order but In such different time periods is magical.
There's a spot for everything, marines? Time police.
The world government, some high rankings future people or even the sky people ( Yes they exist)
Like the incident of flevance could very well be the world government abusing a community which they knew was going to diaper anyway but could give them rare materials.
And this is how we get into the au idea I was saying.
So Law survives flevance like always but thanks of the intervention of the time police in the extermination of the people he finds out about the time travel and even travels with them when they are leaving.
In the future he gets recruited by a robot in the shape of a tall cat that has serious narcissism problem Doflamingo who manages a small time mafia know has the family and who only wants to create chaos.
Doflamingo gets all type of people that shouldn't be alive, that shouldn't exist, robots humans, others, he recruits everyone he can get his claws on.
They are all from different time periods, different tragedies, different species, all of them hurt by the injustice of the world.
Law is still dying and there is no know cure, people believe the people of flevance had a thing like the black plague and because they all died no one bothered to find out more about it and those who did try and investigate where quickly dismissed by the world government.
He doesn't have time and he has a lot of anger, he wants people to hurt like he has.
At the same time there's Corazón a robot cat that works for the time police and is undercover in the mafia, believing it is his duty to end Doflamingo has one of the only two existent Donquixote robots after there creator was brutally murdered.
They both are brothers, the only two models done by the scientist Donquixote, they are more resistant, more intelligent and unique.
When he sees Law at first he wants to drive him away, no child should be left under the care of the family.
Yet he also kind of sees his 'mother' who died thanks to a unknown illness one he wants able to find a cure for he wants to help and when he find out Law is a D well he makes a decision.
The D are time anomalies, people believe anyone with a D is destined to change the very seems of time which is why they are considered dangerous and Doflamingo fears them.
So he steal a time machine and kidnaps Law, he will save him no matter the cost.
The comes Buggy another cat robot, but this one is a mass produced one, a pirated version actually who manages a small group of rebellious pirate robots who also double function has a small four person? Robot circus.
Buggy is a malfunctioning robot, he can separate in to parts and his synthetic hair grows a lot to the point he can't really cut it because it grows back to being long.
Nobody really knows why of his malfunction has it happened years ago, they do know it has something to do with some red hair though.
Anyway he ends up accidentally roped on to Corazon and Law small crew when they rob his smaller ship one he had been using while his crew went and did something flashy elsewhere.
He can't leave not with the time police so close on there trail and well he may be a little to easy to have a change of mind when treasure is mentioned.
So he stays and while he had promised himself to not get close to humans again they weren't worth the pain, they weren't worth the bitterness or the hollow feeling they left when they where no longer there.
He does become invested in helping Law, they don't have a good relationship in anyway but he kind of wants to help.
Though he does end up becoming closer to Corazon, they both get each other even when they have small fights and difference in morals, they understand each other.
Which is why he uses his crew to look out for any cure or saving possibilities.
Things get interesting when they find out about a devil fruit they may use, one that could mean salvation for Law.
It's going to be hard has devil fruits are special confections that seem to be timeless, they have been from the start and no one in the future know who did them or even if some did them but there effects are unstoppable.
Things get vague after that they get the fruit thanks to Corazon but they don't know his ending if he was killed or not and Buggy ends up separated from Law thanks to a problem with the ship in there scape.
Funnily enough Buggy ends meeting a face he hasn't seen in decades, a face that's not quite how he remembers, a face far to young he meets Ace.
Ace the son of his captain.
We could also talk about the weird kid with a familiar straw hat that Buggy absolutely despises or the weird kid that obviously is not a time traveler who didn't do his homework about what period of time he is soupose to be in.
Or the fact he is trapped with them thanks to the fact his own time device is broken and doesn't work.
The fact he doesn't know if Corazon is alive or if Law managed to scape, if his crew is alright or what does it mean that the straw hat child even has the hat.
There also the fact the kids shouldn't be in the time they are in but who is counting anyway?
Now having finished have some extra art I did <(￣︶￣)>
I have to say sometimes in life you have a everything block, my goodness I couldn't even write in my main language my muse deserted me, and then comes a image, a stupid image and your creativity finally sparks into life long enough for you to finish the image and then disappears but alas that is what happens.
Anyway I think I may have been lying a bit to thick on my sister about the wet cat clowns that hace decided that need all my attention, because she just came to me with this defeated expresión and was like here this is your fault and I cackled like a maniac.
She is incredible and great and the second image is all hers, she doesn't even ship it she was just like I saw this and though of you, so now it's your problem.

Sometime you just have clowns so much on your brain you see two cats and it's suddenly the only thing you can think about.
There also this which I have I just had to do, they only had one ship art and it's just to hilarious not to.
But it also sprang ideas which is always fun, sooo here I go.
It all starts when Buggy is around twenty two he is in the north he just suffered his first mutiny but he is dandy not like his ex crew at least who he saw being eaten after they left in him his little lifeboat so duck them anyway.
He has a bit of money, his juggling and little clown act gave him a little more money and he deserves a treat, a alcoholic treat so to the bar he goes and he is having a great time.
He drinks a bit to much but everything is great...
So great he doesn't notice the rather notorious leader of the Donquixote pirates that is having his own good time with some booze and pretty ladies.
Of course this is until his great luck comes into play and he may have done something rather flashy that may have inquired the joker ire.
To which things may have taken a interesting turn when Doflamingo tried to cut him into ribbons which earns him a funny result thanks to Buggy devil's fruit.
I thinks it would have sparked a new interest for Doffy towards the clown (Or more like what he can do with the clown, Doffy probably would be over joyed being able to split Buggy to pieces with his strings and Buggy would probably like the bonuses of having a little affair with Doffy particularly the he won't kill me card)
So that's the start of a there relationship (if you can call it that, I actually have a few more ideas for this but no patience to write it out so maybe later)
Relationship that would actually end with him meting Corazon in the flashiest way posible.
So it all starts after a rather rough night with Doffy one which Buggy enjoyed a lot and a Corazon searching for his brother.
So he goes to Doffy room just to find a dismembered body laying on the bed, bits and pieces everywhere and he is in his second in command this can't bother me mindset, he can't let Doffy see weakness and it would be the worst his brother has made him do to try and test him.
Which is why he starts cleaning the room ignoring the lack of blood (maybe the boy was cut post Morten) he would do his job, he would stop his brother from doing this again.
It's when he grabs the head to throw it out that he finds black eyes opening blearily before the head yawns and he is pretty sure his heart stops.
So he does the most sensible thing throws the head away, trips and smashes against the floor.
Meanwhile Buggy is just waking up from his nap and woah does Doffy look different this morning, just to be thrown like he was a ball, which rude.
Doflamingo comes back to his room just to see it all unfold and he finds it hilarious.
Finds it even more hilarious when he notices they get under each other skin.
Which ends up of course with him pushing them together whenever Buggy visits the north.
And that's the end of this times little rant, I had a au idea that kind of follows this but more detailed but I'm feeling lazy and I just found the idea of how Buggy meets Corazon and Doffy being the first Corabug, not shipper he doesn't ship them he just likes there disdain of each other,influencer hilarious and wanted to share it.
Apart that Doffybug? Is just really under appreciated, I like weirds ships sue me ╮(＾▽＾)╭
I had fem Buggy living rent free in my mind and Corabug bugging my thoughts so here (つ≧▽≦)つ the results.
I just love them a lot and I think they are the cutest ( ╹▽╹ )
I also had kind of a idea, if buggy went with both Rosi and law in there little trip to save Laws life, wouldn't he have told them to go to see Crocus?
Like Crocus was the doctor in the Oro Jackson and he did try to cure Roger the best he could.
Now this could get angsty if you put the idea Buggy had no actual contact with the medic or any of the older crew in the Oro Jackson. They never called him, they never tried to keep on contact and he never had a reason to reach out they obviously didn't care.
But now he had a reason, he had a reason in a very sick child that no one wanted to treat, the same child he had grown fond off, the same child his maybe boyfriend Corazon cared for dearly.
So he has to speak with Crocus, but to speak with Crocus he has to actually get on contact with someone who he would be happy to never speak to again, the golden child of the Oro Jackson. Shanks.
Shanks who the rest of the crew called, Shanks that broke his heart and dreams, Shanks who ruined his life.
Shanks who he misses.
To make it worse you could have them split up to do this, Buggy would leave them to try and get in contact with Shank so he could lead him to Crocus just for when he finally finds them, he finds out thanks to a burning vivre card that Corazon and possibly Law are dead.
Or you could have them not split up but he manages to get in contact with Crocus just for him to refuse to leave his place and Buggy basically nearly begging him for help just to be denied.
Maybe have Crocus rethink his choice but its already to late and Corazon is dead and Law is cured not thanks to him and Buggy, well he realized how little he actually mattered in to them in the end...

Anyway I was seeing some pokemon and I could help but think about Corabug, I don't know imagining them in some of the scenes they where in was rather fun experience.
Apart from that I kind of started thinking about baby 5, and though her and Buggy where kind of similar?
I think Buggy would kind of see part of his younger self in her, a child desperate to belong, a child who's saw there self worth was in what they could do not who they where.
Which I do think the Oro Jackson crew cared about Buggy, but I also think they put a lot of precion in being able to do things. Which fair they are in a pirate ship, the kids have to know to atleast defend themselves.
Am I making sense? Probably not but thank you for reading anyway :3
Soooo when i finished the other ones i saw a reference for this scene and i couldn't help myself, just look at them, three cuties sailing the world, of course then i had the tough i have no idea how they got to the main island but can you imagine?
Three five year old just straight up set sail from there own island when it gets destroyed in to uncharted territory, its just them, they are all that is left, they have Sunny side up flames to maintain the boat going, Pepito Fishing for food and Empanada being able to tell where is land thanks to her sense of smell.
And for where the boat came from, well maybe it was their mother doing, they are dragon shifters after all. There has to be some magic in them right?
On another note for some reason the idea that the first eggs are dragon hybrids while these three are Dragon shifter, since they come like from a different island and everything, like once they get older or they down the skin of their form they straight up transform in to them ( Something like a selkie ) is kind of cool.

You don't know the amount of time I have wanted to draw something in this scene and ta-da ✧◝(⁰▿⁰)◜✧
It happened, it finally happened the perfect couple for it to work, apart that the song kind of fits there relationship.
For some reason when I think of Corabug I always kind of think that at least at first Corazon couldn't stand Buggy, he was just to loud and problematic and a pirate! You can't forget that one.
But Buggy was just Buggy, stupid and arrogant but nice? He was a pirate yes but he helped him, he stuck by him and was actually friendly in his own flashy way, he defended him even when he didn't need it and spoke to him like he was normal, not a marine, not a general from his brother mafia, not mute and we'll let's say he ended up rather infatuated quick, which was a problem but on the other hand how could he not when Buggy's stupid smile made the world so much brighter.
Idk if it makes to much sense I'm just rambling but there just to cute not to <3
