I had a little bit of a depression break down at work today. So I’m deleting some social media apps from my phone. This year is the loneliest I’ve ever felt and I don’t think that they are helping. I go to work, I go home and stay in my room. That’s my life. I barely see my parents, I barely see my roommates. I have one friend who talks to me. I increasingly feel so isolated and alone. I cry every day. I think more and more about death. Weather it be my own or the people I love. I can’t help it. It hurts my soul. My heart aches every day. I need some change. It’s been nice y’all.
