(Fallout universe Mati isn't any of the games protagonists. She's just out there doing her own thing)

Matija grew up in the Capital Wasteland with her father, a caravan merchant who specialized in weapons. Because of her father's work she didn't have a permanent home until they eventually settled in Rivet City. After her father succumbed to Red Lung she took over the business and left for Boston.

She's a former BoS member, and only stayed because she became close with Danse (Cait tells her how ridiculous that is). She was critical from the start, and the breaking point for her was in Blind Betrayal.

She currently resides in a Red Rocket truck stop. She enjoys collecting trinkets, spending caps, and exploring the sights of the Commonwealth with either Danse or Cait. She still sells and repairs weapons to anyone who happens by. Most of them being Minutemen.
