Taken from Nathan’s Twitter. Apparently, Zach can’t perform for “legal reasons.” Based on my knowledge of Zach, I don’t know if this is a contract with work or something went down with the ASW or Tragic Thrills names. I doubt we’ll get clarity, but this is very interesting to learn. 👀

Yesterday was 9 years since the end of Allstar Weekend and I still want that damn reunion!

Okay, so I'm in my "missing Allstar Weekend" hours and decided to see how they're doing these days

So Cameron is married to Sydney of Echosmith (and that's really cool)

Michael and Nathan are still making music (although not together and it's such a shame, but okay)

BUT WHAT ABOUT ZACH?

The man simply vanished! I can't find anything on Instagram or Facebook or even on Google that is recent.

I miss them so much 😭 wish they could do a comeback. They remind me of a very happy time in my life.

Please take this with a grain of salt as this is all info I’ve heard from a trusted third party and I’m also trying to respect Zach’s privacy by not giving away too much.

A few years ago, someone told me they spotted Zach on their college campus in Northern California (which was consistent with a post from a friend I found saying he was “off on a new adventure in a new city” the August before). I’m assuming he has since graduated because he does have a teaching job last I heard. Another trusted source told me he was planning on being a lawyer, so I’m not sure if this teaching job is until he can afford law school or if he just had a change of path (I heard this four or five years ago, so either is possible). Last I heard, he was in a relationship, but I’m not sure with who or if they’re still together.

All in all, it sounds like Zach doesn’t want to be a musician anymore, and I completely respect that. He seems very happy where he is, and even when I saw him in 2018, he just seemed like he’s found his old self and was content with his life decisions.

TBH, I’m more worried about Cameron than Zach, but that’s a long, complex story and I’m not about to expose Cameron or even armchair diagnose.

I was going through my old concert things today trying to figure out if things were trash or worth keeping. Then I realized it’s August 4th. It’s been 8 years since Allstar Weekend ended. Now I’m sad and WANT THEM BACK!
