Last week in acting class my performance made my teacher cry. He was lost for words. For many years I lied to everyone, including myself, about what I wanted to do when I grew up. Often times I chose the safe route and tried to please those around me. But my Teachers reaction to my performance last week just solidified why I do this and why I want to succeed so much.
