Oh boy. I guess I owe y’all an update after saying I wasn’t going to abandon this blog completely and then proceeding to vanish for MONTHS hsklsklsklsl. So! I switched main fandoms! … Twice. First I switched to another game fandom, an even deader one than Ib. However, that was short lived. NOW my main fandom is Tangled the Series of all things. It’s a bigger fandom, thankfully, but I do feel bad for just straightup ditching this RP blog. However, if you’re interested, I’ve made yet ANOTHER rp blog for a character from TTS! The blog is @alchemyxchild and I’m roleplaying as none other than the fan favorite, Varian! I have no clue if any of you have watched the show and/or are interested, but if you happen to be, feel free to hop over there and check it out. Frisk smirked when he only eyed his knife, then glancing away. It was cute just how scared he seemed to be. Well, many seemed to be. Back in the underground, some tired to still be nice  !  Really badly  !  It was interesting, but he couldn’t help but like the anxiety in this boys eyes.

“  For now, you’re just interesting. Your anxiety thrills me.  “

*.  Yeah.. Doesn’t seem safe. You should probably end this conversation and try to leave.

Nothing about the way the conversation was going was making Garry any less nervous around Frisk, and he quickly realized any further conversation would probably lead to the child finding a reason to stab him.

“Ah.. Re..Really?” He replied. “Well, I.. I’m afraid I really need to go...” He said, taking a small step back in preparation to leave. “I have.. I have some important things to do. Ad.. Adult life, you know.” Okay, that was straight up a lie, and he felt a bit guilty about it. Yes, it was true that he was technically an adult, but there was nothing particularly pressing he needed to do at the moment. He just needed a good excuse to run away as quickly as possible.

@we-believe-in-you-crew - continued from here - - - Garry gasped faintly as the girl suddenly hugged him, both out of surprise and brief pain. He hesitated for a brief moment, then hugged her back, letting out a shaky sigh. In truth, he wasn’t sure he had completely comprehended it himself. He said nothing to her, not sure what would be the right thing to say in the situation they were in. Despite the fact they were no longer in immediate danger, he still felt a little bit scared too, for both of their sakes. Both of them were injured and he wasn’t really sure how badly. He just hoped that help would get there soon.

@we-believe-in-you-crew - continued from here - - - Garry listened to Bonny as she spoke, and then felt a sudden stab of grief as she brought up the cafe, and he remembered something he’d said to Ib very shortly before... Things started going bad. He once again forced away those emotions, and gave her a faint, not completely genuine smile. “That would be nice.” He said in almost a whisper, not looking directly at her. When he’d made that same proposition to Ib, he’d been hesitantly optimistic that the two of them were going to escape. This time he knew that it was impossible for everyone to make it out of the situation alive. He jumped, snapped out of his thoughts as Sapphire’s exclamation came from ahead of them. “Oh..” He whispered, suddenly not sure how to feel. He looked at Bonny as she looked at him, and sighed. “We’d best go see what happened, but be careful.” He told her, turning to start heading in that direction.

@cinnamon-violet - continued from here - - - You have a good reason not to trust it. The young man thought, but simply nodded in reply to her. “Well, let’s keep going, then. I’m sure you’re anxious to get out of this place as soon as possible.” He replied, walking up next to her. He made no mention of himself in that sentence, trying to stay in a gray area between outright lying and not giving her all the information he had. Even that felt wrong to him, but he felt like he had no choice, for the time being. Eventually, no matter what happened, she would have to find out the truth of his situation. But it was best if that happened much later on, after she’d had a chance to travel with him for awhile without being aware he was technically a painting.

Garry had briefly frozen with fear as the paintings burst into the room, but was quickly snapped out of it by Wendy calling out to him. Just barely moving away from a painting in time to avoid it grabbing his leg, he quickly looked in the direction the girl was now running. “Oh!” His eyes widened, and he took off towards it as well. He quickly ducked through the hole as well, taking a brief moment to catch his breath. But then looking around, he was struck with fear again as he realized that all of the paintings and mannequins that had previously been inanimate were now running around, and would likely come after them as soon as they spotted them. “Wendy, we’ve got to go!” He quickly said, casting a slightly panicked glance towards her. Looking around again, he realized that his earlier theory was right- The only remaining door in the room was now standing wide open. “Ah, there! Let’s go!”

It was like nothing Wendy had ever seen before. Whatever they did in that room had triggered a chain reaction that brought everything in the main room to life. She had no idea how or why it happened, but she had absolutely no time to process it or search for answers.

Wendy nodded when Garry told her they had to go, but remained in place with wide eyes as she looked around.

Where could they go?

Then, by some miracle, Garry spotted the open door, and even though it might have just been another trap, Wendy ran forward. She didn’t care, they would deal with whatever came their way when it did.

Right now, they just needed to get out of there.

Garry bolted towards the door as fast as he could, fully aware the entire time of the growing crowd of sentient works of Guertena that were right on their heels. Managing to get through the door, he very briefly paused to make sure Wendy was there too, and then slammed it shut. He continued to run a little further down the hall, then finally slowed down, taking a moment to catch his breath. “That.. That should be far enough, I hope.” He said, taking a deep breath. He glanced around briefly to make sure that they were in fact safe where they were, then looked back at Wendy. “That was a little bit terrifying. But we made it!” He said, smiling faintly at her.

Don’t worry, he’s not gonna stab. Not for now, at least. He played with the knife in his fingers, their anxiety was only thrilling him.

*.  A smile. Seems like it would be a good idea to entertain him, for now. You don’t want to get on his bad side.

“  What I mean ?  I wonder.  “

He looked up at the other, stopping the fiddling with his knife. Maybe he should be just a little bit nicer.

Just a little bit  !

“  Haha. What are you so anxious for ?  “

“Oh, well, it’s just...” He eyed the knife in the boy’s hand, going silent for a brief moment. “... I’m.. I’m just a little bit nervous that you’re going to get a notion to stab me with that.”

Garry laughed nervously, glancing away. He was not, in fact, joking. That was exactly what he was afraid was going to happen in this situation.

Garry stared for a brief moment, hesitating to answer. “... Pardon? Wh.. What do you mean?” He finally asked in reply, his voice quiet and laced with the anxiety he was feeling. He really didn’t feel like getting stabbed today.

As someone who often gets anxiety about this sort of thing, could please reblog this post and spread it around if you will RP with and support RPers who don’t have fancy graphics, use plain gifs/images as their RP promos and will even support RPers if they don’t format their text or enhance their icons?
