this is evel! i’m still developing their story but a couple things are set in stone already so i made this account!

they don’t have a location they stay around nor people or places they associate themselves with. it’s just around. sort of like a reoccurring background character to the point it’s unsettling how many times you see her around

since not everything is set in stone, do what you will with her constant appearances. relate it to you, maybe you’ve seen her before — or don’t idk i love interactions
