THERE WAS A BITTER TASTE IN SNOWâS MOUTH UPON HEARING THOSE WORLDS. She couldnât disagree, but she couldnât agree either. Agreeing would be accepting that she had her fair share of blame for everything that went through with the Isle of The Lost. Now, after meeting the âvillain kidsâ and seeing that they had beautiful hearts, Snow couldnât help the height of the blame on her shoulders. She agreed to that, her name was signed on the paper that condemned them to a life of misery on the Isle. And all of that because she was afraid. Everyone on Auradon was afraid of, once again, being attacked by those who wronged them on the past.Â
Drowning in her guilt, Margaretha took a deep breath and a sip of her tea before continuing the conversation with the princess. â â fear is a powerful feeling. it can be a great fuel when we need motivation , but acting only based on fear never leads to good outcomes. blind fear is the path to the dark side , and weâre all guilt of that â  â
âWhat about when itâs all youâve known.. when itâs so engrained you canât distinguish what kind it is anymore? Who you are anymore and suddenly everyone is asking so much of you.â She said cracking out. She fiddled with the sleeve of her dress. âI think they want the me from before.. but I - I was a different person then. I canât get back to who I was..Hoe do you explain that to a kingdom who has envisioned you a certain way for so many years when you were gone.â She said breath hitching.
Kenna had only known those men that snatched for all those years. What if that wasnt enough? What if she now wasnât enough? âIâ I canât believe Iâm saying all this. It hardly makes sense to me myself I canât imagine how it must sound. Truly itâs alright, just will take some adjusting I suppose.â
