"Thank you," he said, taking the glass in his hand as he studied her face. Confusion spread across it, wondering why she was so⊠vacant of expression. He didnât know what all sheâd seen in her version of this world. Or the things sheâd lost. He didnât want to think what this parrellel world had to suffer that was different from his own. He looked to the blade sitting along the counter though and only smiled "I understand, it did make things hard to sit around with it on my back."
Aerith looked up at him, and slowly nodded as a slight smile came to her lips as she sat in her chair as she sipped her own water and sighed. âSoâŠIfâŠI was the Cetra in your world, does that meanâŠ.the other me was killed by Sephiroth as well.â The woman asked, looking into her glass with a vacant expression. âBecauseâŠCloudâŠhe was killed hereâŠâ
He looked down to the ground almost downcast. âSadly yes, but not before Holy was summoned. Itâs something thatâs constantly haunted our Cloud.â he said with an unreadable face. There had been so much loss over the greed of ShinRa. âIf youâre still around though then that means Cloud managed to summon Holy as well?â
The woman nodded, smiling a bit as she sipped her water with a sad look. "Sweetest person ever. Took great care of plantsâŠ.I wanted to do so much moreâŠ" Aerith said before going behind the bar to grab something stronger.Â
"Want anything, Angeal..?"
