Courtney couldn't help the fond chuckle that only dwindled when a yawn decided to stifle it. Sure, she's more or less used to running on two to three hours of sleep, but it doesn't make her miss a full night's rest any less.

"Well, that's what happens when you party with the Z Team," she began easily, stretching her arms as she lifts herself up and off of the couch. "What? Do you think we're all goody-two-shoes now that we're on the up and up?

"Sorry to burst your bubble, but we're all gonna have a bit of an edge to us no matter what."

Reaching over to plop a hand on Blonde Blazer's shoulder, she added, "It's fine, though. You'll get more used to it the more you come out with us!"

[ LOCK ]:     while dancing together, sender initiates and maintains prolonged, intense eye-contact with the receiver.

Teeth digging lightly in the corner of his lip, Robert huffs a sigh.

"You're welcome to sleep as much as you want," he says, "but I need you out of my chair, Visi."

Their shift ended about half an hour ago. In that span of time, Robert had been busy in a short meeting with Blonde Blazer. He sort of figured everyone would've gone home then, but supposed he should have expected Invisigal would surprise him.

His hand rests lightly on the backrest of his chair. Looking down where Invisigal is slumped over, he tries not to smile. A part of him is touched she feels comfortable with him. The other part wishes she found somewhere more convenient to nap in.

Robert isn't so cruel as to jerk the chair to the side and force Invisigal's cheek off his desk... not yet, anyway. But he does shake it a little, hoping it jostles her some.

"Why don't you sleep in Chase's chair?" Like most on their floor, Chase was gone once the clock hit 5 PM. His spot was beautifully empty. "I have paperwork to do."

Courtney swats at Robert's hand that's making the chair jerk gently beneath her.

"You take Chase's chair," she grumbles, wrapping her arms around her head as if it'd manage to silence the hero. Though, after several more shakes, she groans. Sitting upright, she turns her incredibly exhausted and generally done gaze towards the dispatcher. "You know full well if Chase found out I was touching any of his things he'd make it his personal mission to get me kicked off of the Z-Team."

Despite her muttering, however, she's actually getting up and out of the seat.

But not too much out of the way, of course. She's simply moved to sit on Robert's desk, but she's only taking up about half of the desk space, so he's got no excuse to not get his shit done.

Mouth clicking as she attempts to wet it, Courtney hums in contentment before leaning against the cubicle wall.

"Y'know, after my nap, we should go do something."
